General reservation and rental conditions
General:
These general reservation and rental conditions form part of the agreement between you and the lessor. By means of your payment to the lessor you declare to agree with the conditions below.
To reserve:
You can reserve by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. These ways of booking are binding for you and the landlord.
Confirmation:
Each reservation order will be confirmed by letter in writing by mail or by email.
Payment:
The deposit is 25%, to be paid within 10 days after receipt of the written confirmation from the landlord. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.
When making a reservation within these 6 weeks, you will pay the amount to be paid at once. In the event of late payment, the lessor is entitled to cancel the booking of the reserved holiday home.
Cancellation by tenant:
Cancellation must be submitted by telephone and by registered letter. Immediately after receipt of the written cancellation, the lessor will send a cancellation confirmation / invoice.
If canceled up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, 25% will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire rent will be charged.
Remember that you are personally responsible for a cancellation insurance, if you do not have continuous travel insurance with a cancellation clause you can take out that apart with your insurance agent.
Cancellation by the landlord:
If any circumstance of the landlord necessitates cancellation of the already rented holiday home, this will immediately be notified to the tenant. If possible, offer an alternative. If this alternative is not accepted, or if an alternative can not be offered, the landlord will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
No pets allowed
Additional costs:
Electricity
– From May to September the electricity costs are € 45, – with a maximum consumption of 100 KW.
– from October to April the electricity costs are € 75, – with a maximum consumption of 200 KW.
– if you use more electricity (meter available), this will be settled at the current price per KW.
-Charging of electric cars is not allowed, because the electrical installation is not suitable for this.
Cleaning costs:
– final cleaning € 75, –
Possibly:
– go-kart rental,
– motorboat rental,
– fishing card / under 16 years free above 16 years on request (depends on which lake)
Arrival and departure:
You can move into the holiday home after 14:00. On the day of departure, you must leave the house by 10.00 am at the latest. The rent applies for at least 1 week from Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed. The cabin is open and the key will hang on the coat rack, during the day one of us will come along to explain things and to record the meter readings, on departure will be agreed with you about this. made.
Do not forget to bring your own:
– under-covers (90 × 200 / except in the case of a bed of doubts 120 × 200),
– duvet covers (1 person),
– bath towels / towels,
– tea and coffee towels,
– dishwasher tablets,
– garbage bags,
Use and liability:
The holiday home is equipped for the number of people indicated on the site.The maximum adults is 4. The right number of people must be announced to us in advance. The stay of more persons is not permitted. Caravan, tents and pets are not allowed, unless agreed otherwise on terms to be set.
Internet:
In our stuga’s there is a WiFi, so you can make free use of the internet.
Be aware, however, on which sites you are surfing our wifi uses its own IP address.
The cleaning:
For the final cleaning we charge € 75, –
Despite the mandatory final cleaning, we expect you to leave the Stuga reasonably clean and carry out the following points yourself.
– Empty waste bin and dispose of waste (see waste separation),
– Wash dishes and empty the dishwasher,
– Leave the kitchen tidy clean,
– Empty refrigerator,
– In the summer the heating off, in the winter the radiators on position 1.
Leave the house as you would like to find it yourself!
You are liable for the correct use of the holiday home. Breakage of goods or damage to inventory must be reimbursed by you.
Landlord can not be held liable for personal injury or damage, or theft and loss of your property.
